PATRICK J. DEVINE is a 1989 graduate of the Columbus School of Law at The Catholic
University of America and a 1986 graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan University.  Mr.
Devine is a member in good standing of the District of Columbia, Maryland State and
Federal Bars.  Mr. Devine is a former Assistant State's Attorney in Charles County.

A past-president of the Charles County Bar Association, Mr. Devine is a member of the
Naval Reserve.  Married with twin boys (Patrick and James), Mr. Devine resides in LaPlata,
Charles County, Maryland.

WILLIAM C. FANNING, JR. is a 1991 graduate of the Columbus School of Law at The
Catholic University of America and a 1988 graduate of Salisbury University.  Mr. Fanning is
a member in good standing of the District of Columbia, Maryland State and Federal Bars
and he is admitted to practice before the United States Circuit Court for the 4th Circuit and
the Supreme Court of the United States of America.  Mr. Fanning is also a member of the
Charles County Bar Association, Prince George's County Bar Association, Maryland State
Bar Association, and the Maryland Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Fanning has also appeared before the Maryland Court of Appeals, the highest Court in
the State of Maryland.  Further, Mr. Fanning recently argued the precedent setting case of
Goshorn v. Goshorn before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals.  The Court of Special
Appeals published its decision in the Goshorn case, upholding an award of indefinite
alimony to Mr. Fanning's client.

In private practice since 1993, Mr. Fanning was recently honored for 10 years of service to
the Maryland Volunteer Lawyers Service.  Mr. Fanning has taught courses in law theory
and practice at the College of Southern Maryland.  Married with 4 children (Liam, Maggie,
Ronan and Eamon), Mr. Fanning also resides in LaPlata, Charles County, Maryland.
